The Comptroller's Office Disbursement Section is managed by the Associate Comptroller of Disbursements, currently, Robert Smentek. Disbursements is comprised of three operational units:

• Data Entry - Helen Rankin, Data Entry Supervisor
  
  
• Non Salary Disbursements (NSD) - Gia Kastelic, Manager
  
  
• Payroll - Agnes Tordai, Manager

The primary purpose of these accounting units is to process all of the University's salary and non-salary disbursements transactions. In addition to the accounting units, the Associate Comptroller of Disbursements is also responsible for overseeing:

• Office Services - Rose Muldrow, Administrative Assistant
  
  
• Training - Synita Booker-Capler, Trainer
